For me going to my high street nail bar was never pleasant, the staff didn't really talk to me or try to engage in conversation, there was no personal service, my nails sometimes felt like they were burning and were left weak and peeling. I felt like I was paying for a bad experience, which made no sense at all.

There came a point in my life where I had to leave my banking career in the city and after some time out, I started to think about what my next steps would be. This is when Nails by Nat was born, a personal one on one service provided from my home, an experience where clients can relax and focus on themselves. Take time out of their busy lives, a place to switch off from being a mum, partner, employee, safe in the knowledge that they are being treated by a professional using quality professional products.
