Service Description

Elim is a medical grade pedicure treatment which uses state-of-the-art ingredients to remove hard skin and calluses from the feet. The keratolytic alkaline solution breaks up protein bonds on the corneum stratum, making it easy to scrape off dead skin cells after a 10 minute application. The active ingredient is Sodium Hydroxide.This treatment is completely safe and will not be absorbed by the bloodstream. MediHeel Tonic replaces the file and the blade, leaving feet renewed with soft callus-free heels. PH NEUTRALIZER A powerful skin neutralizer with Aloe Vera that actively works on the PH of the skin. Contains COCAMIDOPROPYL – a coconut oil extract and urea for skin softening and the prevention of moisture loss. Pro Vitamin B5 & Vitamin C to nourish and heal the skin. If you suffer from dry and cracked feet then the Elim MediHeel AHA Exfoliant is the perfect product for you. Containing Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA), it helps to refine the texture of your feet by removing dead skin, leaving them shiny and silky smooth. Alpha Hydroxy Acids work to penetrate and loosen your skin cells, helping to get rid of dead skin and flakes. Designed to reduce wrinkles and signs of aging on the feet, the MediHeel AHA Exfoliator improves the overall look and feel of the feet. Cancellation Policy

New clients will have to pay a booking fee totaling 50% of their starting service price to secure their appointment. This amount is then deduced from the cost of your first appointment. This booking fee is non-refundable unless 48 hours’ notice is given. I understand that it is sometimes unavoidable due to sickness, work commitments and emergencies to cancel your appointment; however I ask that you let me know as soon as possible. For existing clients I require a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. If you give me less than 24 hours notice you will be expected to pay 50% of your service cost before you can book another appointment with me. If you do not turn up to your appointment and did not cancel you will be expected to pay 100% of your service cost before you can book another appointment. If for any reason I need to cancel your appointment I will endeavour to give you a minimum of 24 hours notice. If I cannot give you 24 hours notice you will receive 25% off your next service.
